A three season sunroom by Sunspace is a bright addition to any house whether it’s for a family room, children’s playroom, exercise room or to enclose a hot tub, the possibilities are endless.
The Model 200 room is our most popular sunroom. If you enjoy the open feeling of your existing deck but want protection from the bugs, the elements and harmful UV rays, then this is the room for you as well. Constructed with our 2” foam panels and extrusions the walls incorporate the versatile Weathermaster vertical four track vinyl window system.
The window vents are glazed with viewflex, a tough resilient vinyl, which is available in clear, smoke grey, dark grey and bronze. The window units effortlessly slide up and down allowing a generous 75% ventilation opening. Having three wall colours to choose in Bronze, Driftwood and White as well as our designer window frame colours of Ivory, Black, Hunter Green and Cranberry you now have the versatility to colour match your new sunroom with your existing house exterior.
The model 300 room is also an excellent choice. This room has many of the same features of the 200 series but comes with more of a traditional single glazed double slider window system. This room has a minimum knee wall height of 20” which results in smaller windows and also only 45% ventilation. The knee wall in this room can be ordered with tempered glass inserts to give you floor to ceiling windows.
